​WHEN CAN DISCOUNT CODES BE USED?

Discount codes can only be used on the website. They unfortunately will not work on manual invoices (Live Sale invoices). Discount codes MUST be used prior to completing your order. Your orders can not be refunded, adjusted, or cancelled after they have been completed. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Shipping will be a small charge of $15 in Canada, or FREE if cost before GST and discount is over $99, unless the parcel is extremely oversized or overweight. If this occurs we will let you know what it will be before shipping and processing your payment. Shipping to the US will be a small charge of $20 CAN. Orders are sent by either Canada Post or UPS, depending on which is cheapest.

WHERE DOES THE CLOTHING COME FROM?
The clothing comes from various suppliers in order to offer you a wide selection of brand names at different price points. ​

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT UPCOMING SALES AND PROMOTIONS?
We post all sales and promotions on our website, newsletter and on facebook. Sign-up for our Twisted News via the form in the footer of our website and add our page on facebook (with notifications on) to get the latest updates. Here you will also receive reminders of upcoming LIVE Sales as well as exclusive sales just for this group! You will receive a discount code for joining the Twisted Label Newsletter.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Twisted Label Boutique orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express,  and Bank Deposit (etransfer).

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are currently online only. We do offer a Local Pickup at a business in Ponoka. You will receive an email with full instructions if you choose Local Pickup at checkout.
