🧡True to Size... with a ton of stretch. Many Ladies size down one size to have them fit more like a regular skinny. In the photo where I am wearing an olive colored top I'm in my regular size 29's. In the photo of me in the tan Blazer I size down two sizes and I'm in a size 27. I like the 29s as they fit looser and cozier, however there is so much stretch that the 27s fit like a skinny and are still super comfy and not too tight in the waist at all. When trying to decide whether to size down or not, you will just need to decide what look you're going for.. stay true to size and go for looser boyfriend fit or size down at least one size and go for the skinny jean look
🧡 I am 5' 7.5" and the Jennis jeans come right to my ankle bone, however I can completely change up the look by adding a nice thick cuff for those warmer days having them closer to a capri length. In the event that your package is sent back to sender, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for costs related to re-shipping. In the event that it appears your package has been damaged or tampered with, it is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery company to file the appropriate claim. Once a claim has been filed, a copy must be emailed to Twisted Label Boutique at customerservice@twistedlabel.ca. Also, packages are sent expedited through Canada Post with $100 insurance included in our Free Shipping offer. If you would like additional insurance on your package, those charges will be at your cost. Simply contact us at customerservice@twistedlabel.ca or put it in the notes section of your order, if you would like additional insurance added.
Duties and Taxes All taxes, duties and other associated fees will be the customer's responsibility. Once your order is paid for, you have paid for the product and the shipping expenses but not duties or additional taxes of your respective country.
Local Pickup Items can be ordered online and picked up locally. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with Local Pickup address and details.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
🧡Immediate manufacturer defect upon receiving your item. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your product regarding a manufacturers defect.
🧡Returns are now accepted if receive back within 30 days of the purchase date!!
If we receive your return and it is past that time period or against the return policy, your return will not be able to be processed or will be subject to a minimum 60% restocking fee (restocking fee eligible if it's within 45 days of the purchase ... it's at Twisted Label Boutique's discretion whether it is refused or restocking fee applies). Of course, this is for full priced items only.
