Shipping and Delivery

  • Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that we do not ship weekends or holidays.
  • To serve you better all products seen on the website are in stock and ready to be shipped (unless one of our very few preorders... which will be stated). We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
  • FREE SHIPPING  in Canada for orders over $99 (prior to gst). $99 and under is only $15 Shipping. ONLY $20 CAN charge for shipping to the United States (additonal charges such as duties etc may apply and are at customers expense).
  • Please note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customers. In addition, it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office in the event that your package is placed on hold, unable to deliver, or missing (hasn't been delivered). In the event that your package is sent back to sender, we unfortunately cannot be responsible for costs related to re-shipping. In the event that it appears your package has been damaged or tampered with, it is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery company to file the appropriate claim. Once a claim has been filed, a copy must be emailed to Twisted Label Boutique at customerservice@twistedlabel.ca. Also, packages are sent expedited through Canada Post with $100 insurance included in our Free Shipping offer. If you would like additional insurance on your package, those charges will be at your cost. Simply contact us at customerservice@twistedlabel.ca or put it in the notes section of your order, if you would like additional insurance added. 
  • Duties and Taxes All taxes, duties and other associated fees will be the customer's responsibility.  Once your order is paid for, you have paid for the product and the shipping expenses but not duties or additional taxes of your respective country.
  • Local Pickup Items can be ordered online and picked up locally. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup with Local Pickup address and details.  
  • 1. Choose 'Merge" as your shipping method and we can merge it with a previous order that has not shipped yet ...... OR ....2. We will actually hold it and continue to merge with future orders (as long as you choose Merge on those as well) , until you tell us to ship them all ❤ If all your 'Merge' orders, that are being held for you, add up to more than $99 (prior to gst) then they will all ship together for FREE (🇨🇦)

Returns

No one wants surprises, so please read our return policy :) 

Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@twistedlabel.ca for a return authorization number and instructions, if you are needing to return

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

🧡Immediate manufacturer defect upon receiving your item. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your product regarding a manufacturers defect. 

🧡Returns are now accepted if receive back within 45 days of the purchase date!!

If we receive your return and it is past that time period, your return will not be able to be processed or will be subject to a minimum 60% restocking fee (restocking fee eligible if it's within 52 days of the purchase ... it's at Twisted Label Boutique's discretion whether it is refused or restocking fee applies). Of course, this is for full priced items only.

🧡All Returns need to have a return authorization number (RA#) .Please shoot us a quick email if you need to request a return (customerservice@twistedlabel.ca) 

🧡 All tags must still be attached to items. Items must also, of course,  be unworn, unwashed, have no pet hair, and must not smell of smoke. All footwear boxes must be wrapped or in a bag to protect the box.

🧡 Exchanges are available on regular priced items. Shipping costs will be added to all exchanges. "Free Shipping over $99" only applies to the original shipment, not any exchanges. 

🧡All returning shipment charges are at customer’s expense

🧡No cash refunds. Exchange or Store Credit only on regular priced purchases.

🧡Sorry, but returns will not be processed on weekends. Only Monday to Friday (during business hours).

🧡Sale and Discounted items (25% or higher discount code) are final sale. No Exchange or Store Credit.

🧡All earrings , bralettes, bodysuits and intimates are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
